Based in San Francisco California, Banner Mountain Music (BMM) is more than just a record label—we're a mission-driven community where world-class talents come together to promote each other’s conscious-minded, timeless creative and musical-related expressions.
BMM draws its mountain-inspired identity from the vibrant, creative community of Nevada City, California, and the highest peak in the region — Banner Mountain itself. We celebrate a diverse mix of genres, from Indie Rock and Ambient Indie to Electronic Dance, Neo-Pop Soul, Reggae, Jazz, and even some Pop. It’s not the genre that defines our family of artists, it's their shared vision.
Banner Mountain Music was founded by Toma Ramirez in the spring of 2024.
At BMM, our mission is simple: to consistently discover and nurture exceptional talent dedicated to creating positive, real, and uplifting music that resonates with the spirit of our times and beyond. We love helping new artists launch their careers, providing them with all the support they need to shine. Thanks to amazing organic relationships, BMM has had the joy of working with world-class talent, producers, and musicians in Muscle Shoals,Alabama; Los Angeles, California; Ibiza, Spain; Tokyo, Japan; Amsterdam, Holland; London, England; Highlands, Scotland; Plum Village, France.

Toma Ramirez
Founder, CEO & Creator
Dedicated to discovering, developing and supporting exceptional artists and timeless music.
Based in San Francisco, Toma founded Banner Mountain Music in 2024 with a vision of creating a community where talented artists, producers and musicians can grow together and share meaningful creative work.
With a focus on authentic, uplifting and conscious-minded music, Banner Mountain Music embraces artists across genres including Electronic, Neo-Pop Soul, Jazz, Pop, and many more. For Toma, it is not the genre that defines an artist, but the vision, creativity and spirit behind their music.
Deron Delgado
VP Distribution, Label Advisor
Deron is a veteran music industry executive with over two decades of experience spanning digital innovation, independent label strategy, and global operations.
He currently serves as Vice President of Operations at EMPIRE Dance, where he is architecting a new dance music division within one of the largest independent distributors in the world “EMPIRE” — working alongside artists including The Martinez Brothers, Aluna, Bebe Rexha, Walker & Royce, VNSSA, Francis Mercier, Soul Clap, and Paul Oakenfold to redefine what independent infrastructure looks like for electronic music at scale. Simultaneously, he continues to serve as Label Manager at Dirtybird Records, one of the most decorated independent labels in electronic music history.
Joey Tingen
Director A&R / Marketing
Joey brings over a decade of experience in the music industry as an artist and more than five years of experience in music business.
With a background that bridges creativity and business, Joey works closely with the artists, to develop their creative direction and help connect their music with the right audiences. His experience as an artist gives him a first-hand understanding of the creative process, while his work in marketing and A&R allows him to approach artist development from a broader industry perspective.
At Banner Mountain Music, Joey plays a key role in discovering new talent, shaping artist strategies and building meaningful opportunities for the label's roster.
